This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all smartwatch brands (including but not limited to Garmin, Apple Watch, Huawei Watch, Xiaomi Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Amazfit, etc.) and the applications ("App") developed for these devices (collectively referred to as "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use and protection of your information in accordance with this Policy.

We may collect the following information through the smartwatch device and our App (only with your explicit authorization):

• Device Data: Smartwatch model, firmware version, device identification (non-personally identifiable), connection status.
• Usage & Health Data: Activity data (steps, distance, calories, heart rate, sleep status, etc.), usage frequency, and functional usage records (collected only with your consent).
• Account Information: Limited account information authorized by you (e.g., user ID, display name) from the smartwatch brand's official platform (we never collect your account password).
• Non-Personal Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify individual users (used to optimize service experience).

We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functions of the App (e.g., data synchronization, report generation, function adaptation for different smartwatch brands).
• To improve, personalize and optimize the Service experience for different smartwatch models.
• To comply with the terms of the developer programs of various smartwatch brands and applicable legal requirements.
• To respond to your inquiries, technical support requests and feedback.

We will never use your personal information for targeted advertising or unrelated commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With smartwatch brand providers (e.g., Garmin, Apple, Huawei, etc.): As required to comply with the brand's developer program agreements and enable integration with official services.

• Comply with the security standards of each smartwatch brand's developer API.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal information collected by our App (via the official platform of your smartwatch brand or by contacting us).
• Revoke authorization for our App to access your smartwatch data at any time (via the brand's developer portal or official App settings).
• Opt out of the collection of non-essential non-personal data (where applicable).

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with the data retention guidelines of each smartwatch brand.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
